1. Conditioning
    A mix of cardiovascular and resistance training performed at high intensity intervals. Emphasis will be on proper form first to prevent injuries, then it's up to you to push yourself to your absolute limits. Trash bags available to those who are going to vomit, so don't be afraid.
  2. Zumba
    Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
  3. Kettlebell AMPED/AMPED Fusion
    Kettlebell AMPED/AMPED Fusion
    This new form of workout is very intense, utilizing small kettlebells to make the muscles sore and sculpt the body into shape. Feel like trying it out? Come to Kara's class and see for yourself what it's all about!
  4. Fundamentals of Weight Lifting
    Fundamentals of Weight Lifting
    An introduction to the THREE CORE barbell lifts; Deadlifts, Squats, & Bench Press, as well as each of their respective variations. Emphasis will be on proper form, which most beginners perform incorrectly. This class is available only During November through January.
  5. Insanity
    Feel like getting a good burn? Insanity is an intense, high energy interval training program requiring only body weight exercises to force you into exhaustion.
  6. Weight Training 101
    Weight Training 101
    An introduction into weight-training. An instruction-based class showing how to use the equipment as well as having the individuals perform exercises to ensure proper form and execution. If you are new to the gym environment and would like to be shown how to use the equipment, then this class is for you! This class is available only During November through January.
